    About Us

    Midcon (uk) Ltd is a family run business founded in 2002 by Lloyd Cattell. Lloyd has a strong technical background, having previously worked as a technical draftsman and projects manager within the window industry. In 2009, he was joined by his brother Warren who brought on board his expertise in installation and site management, with over 60 years experience in the construction industry between us, we believe that we can offer you a comprehensive, professional and personal service.
    At Midcon, we have the capability to meet the demands of individual bespoke house builders to main contractor led commercial schemes. We offer our full support to each client, from concept to completion, to deliver a high quality and cost effective installation.
    Our experienced teams of fitters are available for projects throughout the UK and are all CSCS trade specific accredited. Every major project is overseen by a minimum of one full time SSSTS supervisor. Midcon are also CONSTRUCTIONLINE, WORKSAFE and SCHOOL (Supply Chain Sustainability) certified.
    We have a proud association with Ideal Combi and have been approved installers of their products since 2002. Ideal Combi windows are high quality, durable, energy efficient and virtually maintenance free. We use only the highest quality installation materials from industry trusted manufacturers’ ensuring our finished work stands the test of time.
    We also work closely with selected distributors of alternative window and door systems as well as being able to offer products which complement our installations. These products include Passivhaus solutions, bespoke pressed aluminium, window control systems, solar and privacy films and automatic entrance door systems.
